Quad biking in Cape Town was once something that only the wealthy could do. You had to purchase you own quad bike, and pay expensive fees to ride on the dunes. With Head out Quad bike rentals you can finally experience the beauty and wonders of the Atlantis dunes on a guided tour that does not empty your pockets, and now you can have a lasting memory you can share with your friends and family
Whether with friends or family you can come enjoy yourself on the dunes. As they say if you can ride a bike you can ride a quad bike. Children younger than 13 years old will be required to ride with one of our experienced guides

WeatherWeather very seldom stops our Quadbiking activities at Atlantis Dunes. Severe sand storms and heavy rain are very rare occurances. Your guides receive on site up to date weather reports. If in doubt- contact us for on site weather reports. Weather in Cape Town is often more severe than at the Atlantis Dunes. - The Client is responsible for monitoring weather predictions for the day of their tour, and should the client feel the weather is not suitable for the activity, it is then the client's responsibility to cancel or reschedule the tour 24hours prior to the time of activity date.

Kindly ensure you arrive at the venue 30 minutes before your Quadbike tour departure time- Should you arrive after the Tour departure time your tour will be forfeited and not refunded or rescheduled. Rescheduling of a booking on the day of the tour is at the sole discretion of Headout Adventures, Should we be able to facilitate a rescheduling there will be additional fees and is subject to availability.
· Are there any toilet facilities?
Yes there are, but not what most would consider amazing. If possible it is suggested that you make use of toilet facilities before leaving your point of departure or at a petrol station that you pass on your way here

· What happens if you are late?
your tour will be forfeited and not refunded or rescheduled. Rescheduling of a booking on the day of the tour is at the sole discretion of Headout Adventures, Should we be able to facilitate a rescheduling there will be additional fees and is subject to availability.

· Are the bikes difficult to ride?
The bikes are very stable and make it easy for even first time riders who usually need only 10 minutes on the quad bike to learn how to control it. We cater the course according to the skill of the combined group and drive at the pace that suits the abilities shown by the riders.

· How do you get here?.
We operate on the Atlantis Sand dunes in the Witzands Aquifer Nature Reserve. we recommend the use of Google maps or Waze to navigate to Us

- Minimum age
Children over the age of 13 may ride on their own however any children under the age of 13 are only allowed to ride with one of our guides. According to the rules set out at the Witzands Aquifer Nature Reserve they may not ride with a parent. We are not permitted to take kids under 6y.o as it is too risky.
